TERMS AND CONDITIONS of reservation and lodging agreement between Princeton Executive Suites Inc. and Company and Client for the rental and use of suites/accommodations for lodging purposes as well as other goods and services rendered by Princeton Executive Suites Inc. for the Company/Client.
Definitions: Innkeeper - Princeton Executive Suites Inc. Company - this includes corporate company, its directors, officers, authorized agents, employees or guests who will occupy the suite/accommodation, and use services and facilities provided to them by Princeton Executive Suites Inc. Client - this includes occupant(s), lodger(s), and or his/her guest(s), who will occupy the suite/accommodation, and use the services and facilities provided to them by Princeton Executive Suites Inc

Keys Deposit: $250 will be charged upon arrival, refundable minus 2.70% Credit card service fee for Visa and MasterCard or minus 3.45% for Amex. Keys/Fobs: A minimum fee of $250.00 will be charged per key/fob/remote that is lost or not returned on departure. Fees will vary depending on the property.
Cancellation Notice: must be given 7 Days prior to check-in or a fee is charged to the stay.
Cancellation Fee: 7 days + GST at the weekly rate
- The Innkeeper will provide apartments/condos upon request by Company/Client for temporary lodging purposes. Apartment/Condo reservations are subject to availability. Apartments/Condos will be provided to Company/Client complete with furnishings and house wares, all utilities, local and long distance calling in North America (excluding Mexico), high-speed wireless internet, basic digital cable television, heated underground parking, and bi-weekly housekeeping service. Additional services and amenities will be provided by Princeton to the Company/Client at an extra charge to the accommodation rental fee.

NON PREFERRED PAYMENT POLICY Company Cheques are not accepted and are only allowed OAC: There will be an additional charge of 25 percent per day, for every day the invoice is overdue from check-ins date and consecutive due dates. All payments are due before check-in and 30 day anniversary date of check-in.
The Company/Client is obligated to pay the agreed prices for suites/accommodations provided and for other services used. GST applies to any stay less than 30 days, and is not included in nightly rate. All charges and payments are in Canadian Dollars and are due 7 DAYS PRIOR TO CHECK IN. Consecutive nights will be billed in 30 night increments 7 DAYS prior to anniversary arrival date.
- The Company/Client agrees that he/she including other occupants or guest of his/her room will abide by the Terms and Conditions set out herein, including all rules and regulations of the property. Princeton Executive Suites Inc. and /or building management reserve the right to remove any person/lodger/guest due to misconduct or violation of these Terms and Conditions or rules and regulations.
- The Innkeeper reserves the right to inspect, repair, remodel and maintain all suite/accommodations upon giving prior reasonable notice except for emergency situations. Innkeeper will carry out any work required in the suite/accommodation in a manner which minimally interferes with the Company/Client‘s reasonable use and enjoyment of the suite/accommodation.
- The Company/Client will be liable for and will be charged a minimum fee of $250 each, for loss of keys, gate passes, garage door openers for the suite/accommodation, or if the keys, gate passes, garage door openers for the suite/accommodation are not returned immediately upon move out.
- The Company/Client will be liable for any damages to the suite/accommodation and its furnishing (including linens), fixtures or the common area of the property due to its/his/her negligence, neglect, improper use, abuse or willful acts of the Company/Client, occupant, or his/her guest. Any extra cleaning or repairs required is at Princeton Executive Suites Inc.’s discretion. An additional 20% surcharge will be added to the replacement cost of any item in the suite/accommodation that is missing or damaged.
- The Company/Client will be liable for all fees associated with requesting additional housekeeping, or refusal/cancellation of housekeeping for the suite/accommodation without giving 24 hour prior written notice to Princeton Executive Suites Inc.
- The Company/Client agrees to take good care of the suite/accommodation and not to perform any hazardous, offensive or unlawful activity in the suite/accommodation or the common areas of the property. The Company/Client agrees and acknowledges the Innkeeper will not be responsible for the safe keeping of his/her equipment, supplies, written material or other valuable items left in the suite/accommodation or common areas of the property.
- The Company/Client will defend, indemnify and hold Princeton Executive Suites Inc. harmless from any legal actions, claims, losses, or expenses arising from the Company’s/Client’s use of the suite/accommodation or the common areas of the property.
- Cancellation of reservation of suite/accommodation must be submitted to Princeton Executive Suites Inc. in writing. Cancellation fees shall apply and the requirements will depend on the individual suite/accommodation/booked which will be provided to the Company/Client prior to booking. Reservations cancelled prior to the scheduled arrival date will incur the applicable charges (if any) in accordance with the requirements set out for that suite/accommodation. Failure to provide proper seven (7) days’ notice in writing to vacate the suite/accommodation, after the initial thirty (30) days stay, when booked at a monthly rate, will result in a seven (7) day cancellation fee penalty.
- Princeton Executive Suites Inc. in entitled to effect extraordinary cancellation of this agreement for a materially justifiable cause, e.g.
- If force major or other circumstances for which the innkeeper is not responsible (such as war, strike, riot, crime, or act of God, such as hurricane, flooding, earthquake, volcanic eruption, etc.) make it impossible to fulfil the contract.
- If the suites and accommodations are reserved with culpably misleading or false information regarding material contractual facts, such as identity of the Company/Client of the purpose of the stay;
- If the innkeeper has justified cause to believe that use of the Innkeeper’s suites/accommodation and its services might jeopardize the smooth operation of the Inn, its security or public reputation.
- If the purpose or cause of the stay is illegal:
- If there is a breach of clauses 3, 8, or 15 of this agreement.
- The Company/Client shall be financially responsible for the suite/accommodation for the duration of his/her stay being identified in the Reservation Agreement as the ‘Arrival date’ and the ‘Departure date’ and in accordance with the specified minimum term. All extensions beyond the original departure date must be provided to Princeton Executive Suites Inc. in writing seven (7) days in advance. Rate is subject to review after the initial term. Any extension of the departure date is subject to availability and approval by Princeton Executive Suites Inc. The Company/Client will be liable for all applicable charges for any unauthorized occupancy beyond the dates approved by Princeton Executive Suites Inc.
- All the suites/accommodations are non-smoking. If it is found that the Company/Client is smoking in the suite/accommodation, the Company/Client will be charged the sum of $1000 immediately.
- Pets are not permitted in any of the suite/accommodation of Princeton Executive Suites Inc. unless otherwise authorized,. If the Company/Client brings any unauthorized pet(s) into the suite/accommodation, they will be evicted immediately, without notice or refund, and a $1000.00 fine will be charged to the Company/Client. If authorization is given to allow a pet in the suite/accommodation, there will be a $500.00 non-refundable pet sanitation fee charge per pet. This fee does not cover any damage to the suite resulting from the pet. Any damage to the suite/accommodation from the pet is the responsibility of the Company/Client. The Company/Client with pet(s) must abide by the bylaw and regulation of the condominium where the suite/accommodation is located. Failure to abide by the bylaws and regulations may result in a fine being levied against the Company/Client.
- The Company/Client may not assign, sublease or transfer the Reservation Agreement of the suite/accommodation or any part thereof or permit the use of the suite by anyone other than the assigned Company/Client. The Company/Client, upon prior written notice being given to Princeton Executive Suites Inc., and with Princeton Executive Suites Inc.’s consent, may substitute the guest at any time and such new guest shall be permitted to occupy the suite/accommodation in accordance with the terms of this agreement.
- The Company/Client agree, acknowledges, declares and warrants to Princeton Executive Suites Inc. that its/his/her/their use and occupancy of the suite/accommodation is of a transient nature and the suite/accommodation is not intended to be a permanent residence of the Company/Client. In no event shall the Company/Client’s occupancy and use of the suite/accommodation be construed to create any landlord/tenant relationship between it/him/her/them and Princeton Executive Suites Inc. This Agreement is not a lease and is not intended to convey to the Company/Client any real property interest or estate in or to the suite/accommodation or any other portion of the property.
- Reserved suites/accommodation are available to the Company/Client for check in from 4 pm to 6 pm weekdays, and 12 pm to 6 pm on weekends. The suites/accommodation must be vacated and made available to Princeton Executive Suites Inc. no later than 11 am. The Company/Client will be charged an additional full day fee for any check out after 11 am.
- One parking stall is included. Additional parking is $250.00 per month plus GST or $6.00 per day plus GST. A minimum seven (7) days’ notice is required for all parking request and is subject to availability.
- This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Alberta, CANADA.
The Company/Client is liable and responsible for all costs associated with transaction fees for credit Cards or company cheques, All AMEX transactions will have a 3.5% surcharge administered. All dishonoured credit cards or non-sufficient fund cheques will have a minimum charge of $500.00 administered.
