The Fox Towers are new additions to Edmonton’s downtown, with Fox Tower One completed in 2015 and Fox Two in 2018. Though their construction was recent, both towers showcase timeless elegance meant to reflect the historic nature of their neighbourhood. Edmonton’s Fox Towers are anchored by a five-story brick podium that adds character to the street while also housing restaurants, cafes, salons and other businesses. Built in 2018, the Ultima Tower is located at 10238 103 St NW, across the street from Rogers Place as well as City Centre Mall. Hundreds of restaurants and cafes are at your doorstep, meaning your only challenge will be deciding where to eat.
The Ultima Condo boasts a walk score of 91 and a transit score of 88. Bus stops are close to the building and the Bay/Enterprise Square LRT station is only a block away. But if you find yourself experiencing inclement weather, Edmonton’s downtown underground pedway system connects across the street from Ultima condos. The Icon Towers boast a walk score of 98/100, with shops and restaurants located on its main floor. The Bay-Enterprise LRT station is one block southeast and bus stops are all along Jasper Avenue, so you can easily get around without a vehicle.
One block south, you’ll find a pharmacy, bank and 24-hour convenience store. Edmonton City Centre is less than two blocks away, featuring a fantastic assortment of shops and a small movie theatre. There’s a grocery store about five blocks west, and a farmers’ market operating on 104th Street during the summer and in City Hall through the winter.

Century Park Edmonton is located at 2504 109th Street. Century Park has a walk score of 75 and is located right next to the Century Park LRT station, which connects to the University of Alberta, MacEwan University, NAIT and the downtown core. Via the LRT, you can reach the University of Alberta in 20 minutes and the downtown core in 30 minutes.
Century Park condos are located right beside a Safeway grocery store, Starbucks, Shopper’s Drug Mart, a park, several banks, fitness studios, and doctor and dental offices. The Century Park community is also home to a variety of take-out and dine-in restaurants sure to keep your palate entertained.
