    Our minimum term is 30 nights.   

  • How much notice do I need to vacate?

    We require 7 days notice to vacate or extend your stay beyond first 30 days.  You can extend by days weeks or months.

    We require 7 days notice to prior to the reservation agreement.  If you do cancel prior to that timeline, we will issue a full refund.   If you do not, we charge 7 days rent.

  • If I make a reservation on the website, am I charged for my entire stay upon booking?

    No, we charge 10% of the rent towards your first 30 days of your stay. If you are booking longer than 60 days, please contact our representatives and we will give you extended stay pricing.

    You can make a reservation on our website by completing the reservation form, or you can call us at the telephone phone number provided, and a representative will take care of your reservation.You may also send us an email stating your needs and a representative will contact you by email.

    We require payment by credit card Visa, Mastercard, or American Express cards are require for all reservations and monthly payments.

    Yes we require a key deposit?   Yes we require a key deposit for all bookings that will be charged upon check in.  It is returned after your departure if you return the keys as per our instructions.
